"What's the cost of shipping?"

"How will model GDI-8040-02 be shipped?"

"How do I get the sauna inside my house?"

The sauna will arrive in a few boxes but all our boxes are made to fit through standard-sized doorways (80" x 36"). Reference our Sauna Unpacking Video so you know what to expect.

"Is it complicated to assemble the sauna?"

The vast majority of our customer report the assembly processes to be easy and straight forward. While assembly does require a minimum of 2 people, generally speaking, most two person saunas can be assembled within 90 minutes. However, larger saunas include more pieces and do take more time. For your reference, we've provided several videos to display the sauna installation process.

"Am I able to return the sauna?"

Golden Designs Full Spectrum 8000 Reserve Series with Himalayan Salt is constructed of 100% Canadian Hemlock Fir and easily assembled by two adults. Heating panels feature PureTech Heating Technology that uses NEAR, MID and FAR wavelengths to deliver full spectrum heat while maintaining a near zero EMF standard, an industry first!

This sauna also features a Bluetooth and MP3 connection, user friendly dual control panels, Bluetooth connectivity and LED Chromotherapy Lighting system.
