Price Match Terms
We thank you for your interest in our saunas. We're extremely confident in the quality of our product, but we understand there is nothing quite like experiencing the product in person. While we always want to earn your business and know you'll love our saunas, buying your sauna from a credible source and at a fair price is the reason we established our Price Match service. With that goal in mind, we do have a few conditions that must be met to quality for a Price Match.
Terms & Conditions
- Authorized resellers: the price we'll be matching must be from a seller who is legally and rightfully authorized to sell saunas by Golden Designs.
- Minimum retail prices: all authorized resellers have been instructed, provided documentations, and are required to advertise Golden Designs products at certain minimum price points. Resellers who fail to abide are in direct violation of legal agreements and risk termination of contract. For this reason, we reserve the right to deny Price Match Request.
- Total price: the price we match is equal to the price you submit via our Price Match Request form. The final price will be calculated based on item price, sales tax, shipping charges, and any other fees.
- Request then purchase: we ask you submit your Price Match Request prior to purchasing. Once your sauna has shipped, no price adjustments or refunds will be provided related to Price Match Request.
- Accessories: Price Matches will only be provided for saunas. Additional products such as accessories will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Discount bundling: if your Price Match Request is accepted, you cannot bundle the accepted price with other discounts that may exist on our website or others.
