Warranty Registration

In order to be eligible for your saunas warranty, you are required to fill out the warranty registry information. We'll start by collecting your serial number. 

Where can I find my serial number?

The exact location of the serial number can vary depending on the model, but you'll be able to find the serial number on the sauna.
Here's where to look:

• Check the bottom left or right corner, often you'll find a white sticker that contains the model number. 
• Another spot to check will be the rear wall panel of the unit. The serial number could come in the form of a sticker or a metal plate. 
• Lastly, some sauna may contain a metal box located on or near the top of the unit that contains serial number information.

If you are still having a hard time finding it, another solution would be to get the warranty card that'll be located on the second to last page of the owner’s manual.
