"How do I get the sauna inside my house?"

The sauna will arrive in a few boxes but all our boxes are made to fit through standard-sized doorways (80" x 36"). Reference our Sauna Unpacking Video so you know what to expect.

"Is it complicated to assemble the sauna?"

The vast majority of our customer report the assembly processes to be easy and straight forward. While assembly does require a minimum of 2 people, generally speaking, most two person saunas can be assembled within 90 minutes. However, larger saunas include more pieces and do take more time. For your reference, we've provided several videos to display the sauna installation process.

"Am I able to return the sauna?"

Enjoying our sauna!

We have had our Barcelona Elite for two weeks now and love it! Enough room for two people but if you want to lay down or something it would be too small. If I ever get a larger home I’ll probably upgrade to a 3 person. For now I’m super thankful and love it!

My whole experience with Golden Design saunas was awesome! I placed my order online after speaking to Brian in the office on 1/22/22, and my sauna arrived at my home mid February. My oldest son and I set it up within an hour. I have a lot of medical issues, and after doing online research, found this will be a great help to my healing. Works wonderful and I love it! It is easy to put together with two people. Everything works well. It is perfect for one person to sit in.

In use!

Received as scheduled, well packaged, no damage. Front panel was heaviest, but was able to unpack, move and assemble by myself. A helper would be better to move heavy parts and stabilize a few things while assembling. No issues, all works as it should, bluetooth sound is reasonably good, colored lighting is a bit unnecessary but OK to play with. Overall very satisfied with purchase.
